ESTATE PHOTO SHOOT
Estate shoots are for grand luxury homes and take approximately 2 hours and 3 hours in post production. This level of service provides 30+ finished images. Your property may also fall in this category if it has a large amount of detail or extensive grounds.
PREMIUM PHOTO SHOOT
Mid-size luxury home photo shoots includes 1 1/2 hours on site and 2 hours of photo post production time. This level of service provides 20+ finished images.
STANDARD PHOTO SHOOT
Standard smaller home photo shoots are approximately one hour and include both interior and exterior. One hour of post production time is included in this package to produce 16 high quality images for MLS.
SINGLE PROPERTY WEBSITE - VIRTUAL TOUR
Showcase your listing on an elegant property website with a large photo slideshow of 15-20 rotating images. The website also serves as a "virtual tour" from Realtor.com and other sites. Agent info and web links back to realtor’s website are included. The domain name (website address can be the house address) and hosting for the website is included for one year. Offering prospective sellers a custom website of their home can make the difference in securing a listing. Before the photo shoot, we meet with the seller, walk through their home with them, and discuss options for making their home look its best and appeal to the widest amount of people. Preparing the home properly will make the photos stand out online and will help make the home look better for showings.
